Job Summary
The HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Human Resources department in daily administrative and operational tasks related to recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, HR documentation, onboarding, and HR follow-up. The role requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, communication abilities, and coordination with all departments to ensure smooth HR operations within the company.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding

Coordinate recruitment activities including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.

Communicate with candidates regarding interview appointments and recruitment status.

Prepare employment offers, contracts, and onboarding documents.

Conduct employee induction and orientation for new hires.

Follow up on probation periods and employee confirmations.
HR Administration
-
Maintain and update employee files and HR records.
-
Prepare HR letters, certificates, warnings, and internal memos.

Ensure all employee documents are complete and properly archived.

Update organizational charts and employee databases.
-
Monitor attendance, leaves, and absenteeism records.
Payroll & Attendance Support

Coordinate attendance and overtime reports with department heads.

Support payroll preparation by collecting attendance, leave, deductions, and overtime data.

Follow up on employee vacations, sick leaves, and timekeeping records.

Ensure accurate HR information is submitted before payroll deadlines.
Employee Relations

Assist employees with HR-related inquiries and requests.

Support the HR Manager in handling disciplinary actions and employee issues.

Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.

Help maintain a positive and professional work environment.
HR Reporting & Coordination

Prepare HR reports related to headcount, attendance, turnover, and recruitment.

Coordinate with factory departments, showroom teams, and management regarding HR matters.

Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Assist in performance evaluation and appraisal processes.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in HR coordination or HR administration.

Experience in payroll and attendance follow-up is preferred.

Good knowledge of Lebanese labor law and HR practices.

Strong organizational and communication skills.
-
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Good command of Arabic, English, and preferably French.
-
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Experience using HR systems or ERP systems is an advantage.
